This package includes a private room for the bride to get ready, the use of our sound system to play your wedding music, and wireless microphone for songs and announcements. Also included is a wedding rehearsal which is the day before the wedding unless there was already another event scheduled for that day. If so, it will be the day prior to that. The rehearsal usually takes about an hour and we keep the doors open for an extra hour for decorating, bringing in flowers, etc. We try to plan the rehearsal and decorating between the hours of 5 pm and 8 pm. and on the day of the wedding the doors are open two hours early. If more time is needed it needs to be negotiated at the time you book the facility.

PACKAGE #2 (Banquet Hall only)
This package includes banquet room, tables with tablecloths and chairs, buffet tables for brought in or catered food, use of our sound system to play your favorite music, open microphone for toasts and announcements, and use of our spacious kitchen facility and coffee makers.
PACKAGE #3 (Wedding and Reception)
This package includes a private room for the bride to get ready, the use of our sound system to play your wedding songs, and wireless microphone for songs and announcements. The reception hall includes banquet room with tables with tablecloths and chairs, and separate buffet room for brought in or catered food. Use of our sound system to play your favorite music, open microphone for toasts and announcements, and use of our spacious kitchen facility and coffee makers.
Also included is a wedding rehearsal, which is usually a couple days before the wedding. We try to schedule the rehearsals between the hours of 5:00 and 7:00 pm.
On the day of the wedding the doors are open four hours early for decorating, pictures, preparing food, etc. If more time is needed it needs to be negotiated at the time you book the facility.

Available Options
Wedding Bells:
The wedding bells are played from our bell tower after you are pronounced man and wife. (three bell choices)
Nursery:
We have a non staffed nursery available for you to use for your event. You are responsibe for making sure there is someone responsible to supervise the children and to make sure it is cleaned up after your event.
- A 150.00 deposit is required at booking for us to hold the facility for your event date. This is not added to the package but will be deducted from the price, and is non refundable.

Smoking is allowed outside only in a designated area with something provided for the containment of cigarette butts.
- We will vacuum the floors after the event but ask that you clean off all of the tables, wipe them down, take down any decorations you put up, clean up the kitchen area, and leave the facility the way it was.
- We don't have a liquor license but do allow champagne/wine for the Reception/Event. But we ask that it is kept to a minimum.
